HOGAHOLICS DRY RUB

"Memphis Barbecue, Barbeque, Bar-B-Q, B-B-Q"


Ingredients

1 tb Lemon peel
1 tb Garlic powder
1 tb Onion powder
1 tb Chili powder
1 tb Paprika
1/2 tb Black pepper
1/2 tb Cayenne pepper
1/2 tb White pepper
2 tb Salt
2 tb Sugar (alaskamichael uses brown sugar)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and rub into meat before cooking.
