“SOME LIKE IT HOT” CHEESE BALL

Ingredients

8 oz Cream Cheese -- Softened
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese -- Grated
1 Tablespoon Onion -- Grated
1 Tablespoon Milk
1/2 Tablespoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons Jalapeno Pepper -- Seeded & Minced
2 Tablespoons Red Bell Pepper -- Seeded & Minced
2 Tablespoons Pepperoni -- Minced
1 Tablespoon Habanero Pepper -- Minced
1 Tablespoon Emeril's Essence (Bayou Blast)

Instructions

Allow cheeses to warm to room temperature. Mix cheeses, milk, onion, and Worcestershire sauce with electric mixer. Add peppers and pepperoni and gently mix. Wrap mixture in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm. While still in plastic wrap, form in to ball shape, unwrap and roll in "Essence". Serve with your favorite crackers.
