Ingredients

Wings
2 Pounds Chicken Wings, Jointed, tips discarded
1/2 Cup Flour
1 Heaping Tablespoon John Willingham's World Champion BBQ Poultry rub
4 Tablespoons Butter

Wedges
3 Medium Potatoes, Cut in 8 wedges each
4 Tablespoons Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
A&W Sauce
1/2 Cup Miracle Whip
1/4 Cup Ketchup

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Line two large baking pans with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray (Pam) WINGS In a large zip lock bag mix flour and poultry rub. Place butter in a small microwave safe bowl, wrap loosely with a paper towel to prevent spatters and microwave on high for one minute or until the butter is melted. Pour the melted butter into one of the pans and brush to coat evenly. Place chicken in flour mixture in batches, shake to coat and place in buttered pan skin side down in a single even layer. Place on center rack in oven and set timer for 45 minutes. WEDGES Place butter, garlic salt and Montreal steak seasoning in a small microwave safe bowl, wrap loosely with a paper towel to prevent spatters and microwave on high for one minute or until the butter is melted. Quickly wash and dry the potatoes. Cut into eight wedges each and place in a large zip lock bag. Pour the butter spice mixture over the potatoes being sure to scrape all the spice mixture into the bag. Shake to coat all the potatoes and pour into the second pan. Spread potatoe wedges evenly. When the timer reads 37 minutes place the potatoe wedges in the oven on the rack under the chicken. When the timer reads 23 minutes remove chicken and close oven door. Turn chicken, replace in oven and reset the timer for 23 minutes. When the timer reads 18 minutes remove wedges and close the oven door. Turn wedges, replace in oven and reset the timer for 18 minutes. Wings and wedges will both be ready when timer sounds. A&W SAUCE Mix Miracle Whip and Ketchup in a small bowl.
